The fund holds the title.

Every car the fund finances stays in the fund's name until it is paid off, with a UCC-1 filing on each loan. If a dealer breaks the agreement and does not fix it, the cars come back within 30 days and are resold.

Used cars move in weeks.

Independent dealers buy at wholesale auctions, and vehicles turn in about 50 days under a hard 120-day payoff. Then the same capital goes back out.

Paid every month.

The 10% preferred return is paid monthly from Month 1, from the fund's available cash flow, instead of quarterly or annual distributions.

Car after car.

A dealer is approved, the fund pays for the car and holds the title, the car sells and the loan is repaid, and the capital funds the next car.

A market banks still run.

Used vehicles are a $1T+ market, and about 90% of inventory financing is still controlled by banks and legacy lenders. Smaller dealers are creditworthy but capital starved.
